ACS-7 clay stabilizer is a cationic polymer based, and mix with special surfactant. With unique polymer structure, ACS-7 helps prevent problems associated with clay swelling and plugging in water-sensitive formations. ACS-7 can adsorb on formation surfaces, altering the surface properties of the fine particles, and reduce their interaction with flowing fluids. The multiple organic cationic groups in the polymer chains can be strongly adsorbed on the exchange point of the clay, with intermolecular force and hydrogen bonding force forming a network covering the surface of the clay, which can obviously prevents the hydration expansion and dispersion of clay minerals in the reservoir

112-12B is used for plant glue, it is suitable for the alkaline conditions. It has a wide crosslinking range, over-crosslinking not drainage, low temperature gel is not brittle, complete hydration. It does not return the glue in low temperature. It has strong temperature resistance and shear resistance, good characteristic of carrying sand. Used alone or 1:1mixed with water. CorrTEC-12 HT corrosion inhibitor is a high concentration acid corrosion inhibitor, which can be used in 5% to 28% HCl solutions, gelling acid, diverting acid, cross-linked acid and HCl+HF acid fluid systems, and with low dosage ratio. CorrTEC-12 is quinoline quaternary ammonium salt, acetylenic alcohols, 2-benzoylallyl blcohol, and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether based and the mixture in aqueous alcohol solvent system. CorrTEC-12 has excellent performance even at bottomhole temperatures (BHTs) up to 428°F (220°C), and the higher temperature the more stable it performs.
